  We called Butch's to talk about getting a couple flat panel televisions mounted on the wall. The lady my wife talked to on the phone was a bit on the rude side and made a comment about us not buying from them. The lady said they will try and get back to us if they have the time, not in a polite manner. That was about 2 weeks ago and we still never heard from them. Luckily after we were done talking to them my wife called Josh at Custom Connection Systems and had a much better experience on the phone. We had an even better experience when he came out to mount our televisions, run surround sound speakers in one area, and run IR cabling and AV equipment hidden in a closet.
